Oklahoma ANNUAL REPORT FILING INFORMATION

The Oklahoma Secretary of State requires that Corporations file an Annual Franchise Tax Form with the Oklahoma Tax Commission. LLCs in Oklahoma are required to file an Annual Report. The Secretary of State will mail the appropriate forms 60 days in advance to the designated Registered Agent.

Limited Liability Company	July 1st $25.00

Oklahoma ANNUAL REPORT FILING PENALTIES

Failure to file the Annual Report form will result in the administrative dissolution or revocation of the entity.
